security, privacy, and client confidentiality very seriously. We maintain
a secure network, regularly install updates, and keep abreast of the latest security
measures to protect our business and our clients.
For confidential documents, we encourage clients to use FAX, landmail, or encrypted transfers via e-mail or FTP. If you are uncertain how to use encryption, we can walk you through the process. It's easy. Really.
Document Storage
All documents stored on our network are protected by firewalls, daily antivirus scans and updates, strong password security, regular application of security patches, and both onsite and offsite backups. All hardcopies of client documents are stored securely.
Confidentiality
We keep all client information confidential.
